To enter the ‘Win a Holiday with DriveSocial’ promotion, users will be required to signup for a 12 month social media package valued at over $1,000 per month.

A single entry will be given to each business that signs up, and will include the main business contact, phone number and email address. Cancellation of the aforementioned 12 month contract will result in a forfeit to entry of this promotion.

Entries are open until the 30th of June 2018. A winner will be selected at random from a barrel or box on the 1st of July 2018 at approximately 1pm. The winner will be notified by email and phone call and must be over the age of 18.

The prize includes a $2,000 gift voucher to spend with Flight Centre (12 month expiry). The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The prize will be issued within 1-3 weeks of the draw either in person, or via registered post. If a winner does not respond to DriveSocial within 7 days after notification, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and DriveSocial will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. (and that winner will need to respond to notification of their win within 7 days, or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and DriveSocial will be entitled to select another winner.

DriveSocial retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

DriveSocial accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize not specifically included in the prize. (including, without limitation, travel to and from destinations).

DriveSocial reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of DriveSocial in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

DriveSocial shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, cyclones, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

DriveSocial accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. GNM further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of DriveSocial for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

This giveaway/promotion is run by DriveSocial and by no means has anything to do with Facebook or its associated entities.

The winner will be expected to be photographed or video recorded for promotional purposes by DriveSocial to be used on the internet including the DriveSocial website, social media, and in print/email marketing.
